Howlite is a borate mineral that is found in evaporite deposits. Howlite is usally sold in it's natural state and is often given the name 'white turquoise' as it is often used in the same way that turqousie is used. Please remember our semi-precious beads will all include natural inclusions and slight variations of colour. Of course this makes them even more unique as no two semi-precious beads are exactly the same. Approximately 80cm String.
