Apatite is a phosphate mineral that has a hardness of 5 on the Mohs scale, making it too soft to be widely used as a gemstone for jewellery. Apatites are transparent to translucent, most commonly green to blue, but can also be colorless, yellow, violet, pink or brown. Please remember our semi-precious beads will all include natural inclusions and slight variations of colour. Of course this makes them even more unique as no two semi-precious beads are exactly the same. Approximately 35cm String.
